This is the plain-English companion to our Review Methodology — the questions we ask of every product.
1. Is the label transparent?
Named ingredients with disclosed amounts beat proprietary blends. Hidden dosing is the single most common red flag we encounter.
2. What does the evidence say?
We grade each ingredient against published human research, at the doses actually studied. Impressive research on an ingredient at 500 mg means little if the product hides whether it contains 5 mg or 500 mg.
3. Do the claims stay honest?
Supplements may support normal function; they do not treat disease. Marketing that promises cures, guaranteed results or "clinically proven" formulas without cited trials loses trust points immediately.
4. What does it really cost?
We calculate per-bottle and per-day costs across package tiers, note subscription traps, and record when prices were last checked.
5. Can you get your money back?
A long, clearly published refund window with reasonable conditions matters most in categories where evidence is thin — if a product doesn't work for you, the guarantee is the product.
Every review states what we verified and what we could not. When something is unverified, the article says so instead of pretending.
