Before publication, each article passes a fact-check against this policy.
What gets checked
Product names, manufacturer identity, ingredient lists and amounts, prices, guarantee windows, policy statements, research citations and every health-adjacent sentence.
Qualifying sources
In order of preference: the product label and official seller pages; published merchant policy documents; government and institutional sources such as NIH, FDA and the Office of Dietary Supplements; and peer-reviewed journals. A search-results page is never a source, and a citation must actually support the sentence it sits next to.
Unverifiable claims
When a fact cannot be confirmed, the article displays: "Information not independently verified at the time of publication." We do not fill gaps with plausible-sounding inventions.
Prohibited fabrications
Clinical trials, lab tests, customer counts, testimonials, expert reviewers, certifications, awards, platform ratings and effectiveness percentages may never be invented under any circumstances. An article that cannot stand without them is not published.
Reader challenges
Anyone may dispute a fact through the contact page. Disputes are logged and resolved under the Corrections Policy.
