We correct errors quickly and visibly.

Reporting an error

Use the contact form and select "Editorial correction request." Include the article URL, the disputed statement and, where possible, a source. Target first response time: [ADD RESPONSE-TIME COMMITMENT, e.g. 3 business days].

How corrections are made

Factual errors are corrected in the article body. Material corrections — anything that changes the meaning of a claim, a price, a safety statement or a verdict — also update the article's visible "Updated" date. Trivial fixes such as typos do not change the updated date, and we never bulk-refresh dates to appear current.

Product changes vs. errors

Manufacturers change formulas, prices and policies. When we learn of a change, the article is revised and re-dated; this is an update, not a correction, and is noted accordingly.

Removal requests

We do not remove accurate, lawful coverage because a manufacturer dislikes it. Trademark or legal concerns can be raised via the contact page.
