These guidelines apply to everyone writing for Article Heaven, staff or contributor.
Structure
Reviews follow the standard template: summary and verdict up top, verification ledger, specifications, ingredient evidence table, commercial terms, safety sections, FAQ and references. Do not skip safety sections; if information is missing, use the standard unverified notice.
Wording rules
Attribute marketing claims to the manufacturer. Describe ingredient research as research on ingredients. Never write that a product treats, cures or prevents anything, never guarantee results, and never imply testing we did not perform.
Sourcing and citations
Every factual claim needs a qualifying source under the Fact-Checking Policy. Citations go in the references section with title, organization, year, URL and accessed date, and must support the adjacent claim.
Dates and updates
Set the published date once. Change the updated date only for meaningful revisions and note what changed in the revision log.
Disclosure
The affiliate disclosure block must appear before the first affiliate link. Personal conflicts of interest must be reported to the editor before writing.
